Our Launch Date: Very Soon!
Well, we finally have a launch date after three years of working on Bonded Roots Mezcal. We’ll be having a private tasting for about 80 people, and our launch will be at the famous Cafe Milano in Georgetown. The reason why we are having a private tasting first is to see if people like it, not to exclude anybody, which I would never do, and my father would be disappointed in me. Just to let people know, the tasting will be upstairs on the second floor. Fabiola and I are trying to educate people in the States, because most people don’t know that you are supposed to sip mezcal like a wine, you don’t shoot it back. This is a drink meant to be enjoyed and savored, letting your palate take in the flavors.
